this is an event in order to raise money for charity. So, 1 ticket will be sold for 1 euro. the person that wins the lottery will get half of the money we have on the sale.
i got the part to design and makes the raffle tickets and i made more than 100 of these tickets. though up until now the event is not progressing and we barely sold any tickets.
During the junior high school’s parent-teacher meeting. one of the teacher held a sale of crafts and accessories made by students in a school in Uganda. the money that we got from this sale will go to that school,whereas that school needs money to supply the students with school equipment because its a school for poor kids.
so me, hannah and keichi volunteered to sale for two hours. and we got more than 100 euros in total :)

this was my 4th board so far.
this board was about various religious events in january.
the difficult part when we were making this board was the board was being torned down so many times by irresponsible people and we had difficulties remaking them over and over again.

i was assigned as the manager of cas valentine day’s event, and so i decided to make a fundraising event- chocolate gram.
this was the first time of my life for me to manage an event. i really had no idea how to manage people to do my work, so most of the part, i was doing it too.
so first, i cut a bunch of red papers and making them heart-shaped as the valentine cards. my friends helped too!
i had an advertising team which they had to sell the cards to people that want to buy the truffles.
and myself, i made posters all around the school so they know about this fundraising event with hope they will buy some.
there were also advertising team that go from class to class to advertise and sell the valentine truffles gram ticket (which is the card) for 2 euro each.
we only had 2 weeks before the winter vacation so before the end of the school, we had to give in the truffles. this was also one of the reason why it was stressful, because we had to manage to do everything with in 2 weeks.
the advertisement team managed to sold 30 cards, which was not a lot at all. we’ve tried different kinds of things to increase the sell but it did not work, probably because 2 euro was generally too expensive and the time it was being advertised, there was another valentine-based event which was valentine dance that was held by the student council therefore people prefer to buy the valentine dance’s ticket than buying truffles.
me, hannah and liyan made the truffles and packed them 3 days before the end of the school and gave them out a day afterwards.
